Mark 4:35-41

The crowd was thick with people and they were pressing against us from all sides.  Exhausted, we climbed into the boat to rest.  Then a furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat. In a panic we searched for Him, the man we had grown to love.  The man who could heal the sick and feed to poor.  We found him sleeping on a cushion in the stern of the boat, as if nothing was happening.  We woke him up, fearing we would drown.  “Quiet! Be still!” was all he had to say and the storm died down and it became completely calm.  I stood there with disbelief, amazed at what had happened.  Did I really know what this man could do?  That’s when he asked us, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
