The Israelites became the first mega-church as they made their exodus from Egypt.   However, this mass group of people were not entitled to enter the “promise land” on their size. Unbelief kept them from entering the land that God had promised. In a forty-year period he pruned the “spiritually dead” from the group so others could live and become healthy.

John 15:2 tell us that God continually cuts back those branches that do not produce healthy fruit, in order to make us more like him. He does this individually and as a group, so be prepared. God loves us to much to leave us where we are.
