You too, can have life.

She wrapped him in cloths and
placed him in a manger,
because there was no
guest room available for them.
Luke 2:7
A trough (manger) is a long, narrow, open receptacle, usually boxlike in shape, used chiefly to hold water or food for animals.  Luke 2:7 says that Mary placed her child in a manger because there was no room available elsewhere.  I have to smile at God when I read this verse.  He could have chosen to place his dear son anywhere in the world, but he chose a box where animals eat food and drink water.  I also have to believe on some days a tired, weary shepherd would have taken great pleasure to refresh himself with a little food and drink.
I too, want to drink from the well that never runs dry, to eat and never get hungry.  Can I?  Can I receive all I need from that which is placed in a manger because there was no place to lay his sweet head? Yes I can and so can you.  Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open.    God is the only way people, please know this.  Know this in your heart, know this in your head, and know this deep down in your soul.  He’s all you need.  He’s all you need.  He’s all you need.  Now go and drink from the trough, for it will never run empty.
In His Name,
